The Garant CEE 2 IP44 cable reel with 25m cable length in the colour orange convinces with its quality and safety in all areas. The CEE cable reel is ideal for outdoor use, such as at the campsite. The "cablepilot" is a revolutionised cable reel handle that is equipped with useful features and makes reeling the cable much easier. Features include:
- Prevents the cable from slipping off the cable reel
- Guides the cable onto the drum during rewinding
- Ensures even distribution of the cable on the reel
- Practical carrying handle that can also be used to hang up the cable reel
- Can be rolled up from both sides
- Plug garage for storing the plug
An additional feature of the "cablepilot" is the plug garage. Each "cablepilot" has a plug garage consisting of two holes on the carrying handle. After the cable has been rolled up, the plug can simply be put into the plug garage for safe storage.
- A minimum cross-section of 2.5mm is specified for the connection of caravans and motor homes with a rated current of 16A.
- A smaller conductor cross-section is not permitted for connecting caravans or motor homes on campsites.
- The orange signal colour makes you and people in the vicinity aware of cables lying around and potential tripping hazards.
- The continuous maximum length of 25 m cable (+/- 2 m) for connecting the caravan must not be exceeded.
- With cable drums, the cable must always be completely unrolled when in use!
- The correct connection cable is so-called heavy rubber hose cable with the cable designation H07RN-F (or equivalent).
- Rubber cables are protected against petrol, oils and other liquids, are insensitive to the effects of weather and UV radiation and, unlike hard plastic, do not become porous.
